Q: Can Tickets be purchased at the door?
A: Absolutely, but to avoid the line and get a cool lanyard you should purchase them in advance. You can buy them online or in person at Toy Federation – 107 Middleton Way #11 Greer S.C. 29650.
Q: How much is admission for children?
A: Kids 10 & under are free with paid adult.
Q: Is there a military and/or first responder discount?
A: Active military and first responders are free with valid I.D.
Q: When will tickets be sold at the door?
A: During the start of regular business hours.
Q: What are your show hours?
A: Saturday 10am to 6pm – Sunday 10am-6pm
*VIP pass holders get in the show one hour early each day.
Q: When and where can I pick-up my Press Pass, Pre-purchased or arranged ticket(s)?
A: You can pick them up at the Will Call line Saturday or Sunday @ 9:00am (8:30am for VIP). You can also pick your passes up in person at Toy Federation November 12th-15th.
Q: Are celebrities going to be there and signing autographs?
A: Yes, the celebrities will be in attendance and signing at our convention and this is the chance to meet them in person. Your paid general admission will get you into the show to see all the events and panels and the opportunity to meet your favorite guests. However, the celebrities generally charge for their autograph and it is at their discretion on how much. If you purchase a VIP ticket you get the privilege of jumping to the front of the line.
Q: What is the cost per autograph for a celebrity?
A: The cost can vary depending on the celebrity and that is solely up to them.
Q: Can I have my picture taken with the Celebrity?
A: Of course, celebrities will take pictures but it is always a good idea to be respectful of their policy and whether or not it incurs a cost.
Q: What should I bring to the show?
A: Bring any memorabilia or toys you would like signed by your favorite celebrities! Do not forget your camera. If at all possible, get the VIP pass to save time in lines and exclusive access to the show’s events!
